I was so convinced that I would get SO MUCH blogging done on holiday, not least because I finally wasn’t going to be impeded by the UK’s grumpy weather and frequent downpours. It turns out that you can have too much of a good thing though and the bright scorching sun that you get in California and Vegas takes the worst photos! I did manage to take this one set when I was in Vegas though 🙂

I wore this sundress one of the days we were there and I loved it! It’s so silky and summery – perfect for vacation days 🙂 I paired it with my Kate Spade bag which turned out to be a perfect match!
I always love visiting Vegas and we try and take a few days out to visit every time we see our family. We used to stay at the MGM Grand before switching over to Caesar’s Palace which we’re been hooked on ever since. That said, a few things this time disappointed me – they seem to be scaling back on things whilst increasing prices which is never fun! We’re thinking about trying a new hotel next time we go – does anyone have any suggestions? We’re currently looking at the Aria and the Cosmopolitan but I’m also wondering if it’s worth splurging and going for something like the Bellagio or Mandarin Oriental – anyone have any experiences of these? Please share if you do!

We used to stay at Caesar’s Palace too, but like you, we found that they’ve been going a bit downhill. On our last trip this past February we stayed at the Bellagio – and now I’m hooked! The service, the people, the atmosphere – just fabulous! Highly recommend!

I’m a big fan of Caesars myself, but it’s been a few years since we last went. I also really loved staying at Encore. It was luxurious and not too busy. If you don’t mind being off center strip it’s perfect. I’m considering Cosmopolitan for next time, but I do have a friend that raves about Aria and won’t stay anywhere else now.
I live in Los Angeles and I can DEFINITELY attest to your bad photo experience. I’m actually SO jelly that it’s always forecast in London because that’s actually my favorite natural light setting for those perfect fashion photos, haha. Love the dress ^_^I’ve only stayed at Ceasar’s Palace from the hotels you mentioned, and I love that hotel. But I would love to try Bellagio!

Vegas is my hubby and I’s favorite place to vacation! We just got home from a 4 day trip and we stayed at Ceasars which was nice- the best part was the cabana! But we kept on thinking back to our time at Aria! Bellagio is nice too but Aria has such a nice atmosphere and exceptional service! If you are wanting to splurge a little more the sky suites at aria are beautiful and have top of the line service! Gorgeous photos!
I’ve stayed at the Cosmopoliton before and the hotel is really nice. the rooms are modern chic and if you want to splurge u can get a hotel room with a balcony that faces the strip/ bellagio fountain. a very different view from up top 🙂
