I wasn’t anticipating doing a video on my Louis Vuitton Alma BB so quickly (reveal here!) as I generally like to leave a bit of a gap before filming extra videos on a particular bag but this one was so highly requested that I thought I’d go ahead and make an exception. Lots of people seemed to be concerned about how much they could fit in the BB but I must admit, this was never a particular concern of mine, having watched the ‘Small is Beautiful’ promo video that Louis Vuitton put out a few years ago. I’ve watched this video more times than I care to admit – if you haven’t, I’m linking it here so you have the pleasure of watching it now:
Every time I watch it, I find myself ‘needing’ a whole array of mini pink bags in my collection… and dreaming of strolling down the streets of Paris, dressed colourfully in various shades of fuchsia. This video influenced my Alma BB purchase in a very real way and has also found me lusting after the sadly discontinued Monceau. I eventually went for the damier ebene print which safe to say, I am absolutely loving! Circling back to my original point… if you watch the video, you’ll see what I mean when I say that size wasn’t a concern – this bag can hold a ton!
I decided to demonstrate this myself in the video though and whilst I won’t give a review this early on, I did give a little first impressions of the bag.
I hope you enjoy the video(s) and as always, thank you so much for stopping!
do you think you could use this bag for formal events? Like for a wedding or a day at the races? Really considering the rose ballerine vernis
In the vernis, absolutely! I think the vernis can look super dressy!
